Gratitude List - Jillian Lacy

This month, I decided keep a gratitude journal. It turned out to be really fun! I downloaded a journal app to my phone. That made it really easy. Each night I would just write a paragraph or two about my day and then finish with what I was grateful for that day and why. It turned out to be a double goal because I journaled and kept a gratitude list. :)

Apparently I really like air conditioning and my family :)

Such a good idea right before sleep to write it out. I have a line-a-day journal that I stopped writing in in June and I can tell, I'm not as reflective and I feel like the days are slipping too fast. I'm pulling it out right now and starting again. I really love air conditioning and my husband too.

A gratitude journal has done wonders for my outlook on life. Way to go! Such a great goal.
